What happens if I'm not happy with the covers once I receive them?
Send them back (within 14 days) for a full refund, end of story.

How long will my ez-covers last?
It will depend on your child but if they are looked after they will last for years.

Why do the covers last so long?
EZ-covers are made from a three layered co-extrusion laminated to a crystal clear top layer.
The print is trapped between these two layers making it impossible to scuff or damage the print.

Are your covers PVC free?
Yes, our covers contain no PVC or PVC plasticisers (click here for the Wikipedia overview on PVC plasticisers).

Why are your covers cheaper than printed stick on book-covers?
Because with us there is no middleman and you can re-use our covers on the next book.

What happens if my covers don't arrive?
Let us know and we will send you out some replacement covers for free.
Common reasons for hold-ups in the post include: Rural deliveries, not entering a postcode and entering a physical address rather than a postal address

What if I order the wrong size?
Return the cover(s) to us with a note inside explaining what you are after and we will replace it with the correct size free of charge.
The covers need to be returned in an A4 sized envelope or larger so that they remain flat. Please include a stamped ($1.80) self addressed envelope

So does an EZ4 fit an A4 book?
There are two different standards here: A3, A4, A5 etc is the International standard for paper sizes. 1B4, 1B5, 1B8 etc is the NZ Standard for naming school books. Any book that is A4 in size (i.e. the same size as A4 paper) will fit an EZ8. Any book such as a 1B4, 1A4, 1E4 will fit an EZ4. If you get stuck take a look at this chart here: ezcover.co.nz/sizes

Do you need any glue with ez-covers?
No, the covers slide on, fit snugly until you are ready to take them off, there is no need for any glue

When are you getting more notebook covers in?
We only have four designs in the notebook size available (Pets, Soccer, Skateboarding & Kowhaiwhai).
We never made any of the other designs in the notebook size.

How do you write your name on your books?
We enclose 12 book labels for free with every order. These are sticky paper labels so that you can write your name, subject, room etc.

What do your free book labels look like?
They are printed with Rugby, Soccer, Skateboarders, that sort of thing.

I was hoping to buy an expensive product that was made in China that can only be used once. It needs to take a long time to put on and it needs to be made from virgin (i.e. not recycled) materials. I would also like to queue for it in the Mall. What should I do?
You could buy some sticky book-covering.

Do you supply a cover for JWB / LWB learn to write exercise books?
The EZ5 will fit the large JWB / LWB books, however there is a smaller version of the JWB / LWB which fits nothing.

What is a 14B8 or 14B5 and do you supply a cover for those?
Any book code starting with 14 is a refill pad and won't need covering.

Do you have a cover for a 1F2 or 1G2 or any other '2' sized books?
Sorry, we don't do a cover for books ending in a '2'

Do you have a cover that fits scrapbooks?
Yes our scrapbook covers will fit scrapbooks that measure 245mm x 335mm, they won't fit the clever kiwi scrapbooks.

Do your covers fit the large Clever Kiwi Books?
The EZ5 will fit the clever kiwi my writing books 1 & 2 but we don't have a cover that fits the large clever kiwi books. The large Clever Kiwi Books are 5mm taller and 10mm narrower than most scrapbooks in NZ

What is the tape for inside the scrapbook covers?
As the scrapbook cover is a large cover we have included a permanent double sided tape to help hold the cover in position. If you choose to use the tape the cover will no longer be reusable as the tape will stick the cover to your scrapbook permanently. Many people choose not to use the tape, the cover stays on fine without it and can then be re-used on the next scrapbook.

Do you have and clear or plain covers?
Not right at the moment but we will be introducing these towards the end of 2012.

Can you do special covers for schools in specific colours or designs?
Yes, we can provide your school with a quote for any type of cover you like. Clear, coloured, logo printed, etc.

Do you have any other designs to choose from, what about the cats & dogs design that's on the brochure we have?
We are working on introducing a number of new designs right now, but absolutely everything that we have available at the moment
is listed on our order page.
